Bancalets A12 is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, first floor apartment located in the Bancalets
complex in Playas de Fornells, Menorca.
Es Bancalets is a group of 35 apartments
built close to the side of Cala Tirant bay, which is conveniently close to the beach.
Facing South West, the apartments as a whole enjoy superb sea and beach views.
There
is a communal swimming pool and children's pool. Surrounded by well-maintained gardens,
there is also a grassed lawn between the apartments and the side of the bay. These
apartments are a very popular choice, especially by those with young children.
Access
to the apartment is up a small flight of steps.
The main entrance leads into an open
plan living/dining area, the kitchen is to the left through an archway. Although compact,
it has a full size fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and hob.
Straight ahead from the front door is the living/dining area which has traditional
hand crafted furniture; sofa (which can be converted to a sofa bed) and two chairs,
coffee table, TV and DVD player, dining table and four chairs. Doors lead out to
the balcony with a patio table and chairs for external dining, along with excellent
sea views out across the bay.
Off to the left of the lounge, through an archway,
is a small hallway. To the left is the bathroom which has WC, wash basin, bidet and
bath with shower over. There is also a washing machine.
Straight ahead is the twin bedroom with a bedside table and lamp in the middle, with a small chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes. The window has views out across the bay.
The Master bedroom is a double with two bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and glass shelving at the foot of the bed. This bedroom has a small Juliet balcony overlooking the bay.
It is a short distance to the communal pool and children's pool with sea views across the bay and to the hills beyond. There are grass areas for sun bathing around the pool.
Walking Distances:- Beach 5 mins, Supermarket, Bar and Restaurant 5 mins. Please note that Bancalets A12 is next door, making A11 and A12 ideal for two families holidaying together but wanting their respective privacy as well.
