A 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground floor apartment located in the Bancalets complex in
Playas de Fornells, Menorca.
Es Bancalets is a group of 35 apartments built close
to the side of Cala Tirant bay, which is conveniently close to the beach. Facing
South West, the apartments as a whole enjoy superb sea and beach views.
There is
a communal swimming pool and children’s pool. Surrounded by well-maintained gardens,
there is also a grassed lawn between the apartments and the side of the bay. These
apartments are a very popular choice, especially by those with young children.
Bancalets B2 is accessed from a couple of steps from the road. On entering the apartment to the right is the kitchen with gas hob, oven, toaster, kettle, double sink and fridge/freezer.

It is a short distance to the communal pool and children’s pool with sea views across
the bay and to the hills beyond.
