Full Description
Garden Villas 1C11 is a large duplex 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner apartment, set in the lovely Garden Villas apartment complex in Playas de Fornells, Menorca.
Garden Villas apartments are slightly larger than other apartments and some have
two private terraces, with a built-in stone barbecue. Well established communal gardens
surround the accommodation. There are 47 Garden Villas apartments in the group and
these share a small pool with a separate children’s pool. Apartments generally facing
South West.
Access to the entrance of Garden Villas 1C11 is via a few steps and through
a small gate. The lounge area has two comfortable sofas, two wicker rocking chairs,
pine coffee table and a side table There is also a traditional Menorquin fireplace.
French doors open out to the tiled terrace area with patio furniture.
The dining
area, with a pine dining table and four chairs, a pine welsh dresser, a pine unit
and a storage cupboard housing the iron and ironing board.
The kitchen is fitted
with traditional pine units, fridge/freezer, double sink, microwave, toaster, kettle,
gas hob and oven. From the kitchen window there are views out to sea.
On the ground
floor is a small shower room, with WC, sink and shower. 17 steps from this level
lead up to the first floor. The family bathroom, with Jack ‘n’ Jill wash basins,
WC, bidet and bath with shower over and also houses the washing machine and tumble
dryer.
The twin bedded room has fitted wardrobes and dressing table. The Master bedroom
is a double with fitted wardrobes and benefits from its own little sun terrace with
sea views. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The second terrace is on an upper level
and has a built barbecue and stone seating, also with excellent views of the sea.
Car parking is available directly outside the apartment. Approximate walking distances;
beach 8 mins, swimming pool 5 mins, supermarket bar and restaurant 5 mins.
