Full Description
Garden Villas 3C7 is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, located in the lovely Garden Villas apartment complex in Playas de Fornells, Menorca.
Garden Villas apartments differ from the other apartment communities in Playas de Fornells in that they are slightly larger and some have two private terraces, with a built-in stone barbecue. Well established communal gardens surround the accommodation, which offer a blaze of colour in the Spring and Summer months.
There are 47 Garden Villas apartments in the group and these share a small pool with
a separate children’s pool. Either ground, first floor or duplex and generally facing
South West.
Access to 3C7 is via steps down which lead to a pathway and up to the
front door. The fully equipped kitchen with vitro ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster,
kettle and full sized fridge with freezer section, is to the right. From here an
archway leads to the open plan living/dining area which has two sofas, coffee table,
TV (with free to view Satellite) and a dining table with seating for 4. French doors
lead onto the upper terrace with sea views. A few steps lead to the second terrace
which has a brick built BBQ and seating area.
When entering the apartment, there are
steps to the left which lead down some steps to the two bedrooms and bathroom. The
Master bedroom is a double with bedside chests and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom
is a twin sharing a bedside table in the middle. It also has a chest of drawers and
fitted wardrobes.
The bathroom has WC, bidet, wash basin and bath with shower attachment. There is also a washing machine located here.
There are two communal pools within the Garden Villas community. Car parking is available directly outside the apartment. Approximate walking distances; beach 8 mins, swimming pool 5 mins, supermarket bar and restaurant 5 mins.
