Garden Villas 4C6 is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment situated in the Garden Villas apartment complex in Playas de Fornells, Menorca. The apartment is accessed by 5 steps leading up to the front door.
Garden Villas apartments differ from the other apartment communities in Playas de Fornells in that they are slightly larger and some have two private terraces, with a built-in stone barbecue.Well established communal gardens surround the accommodation, which offer a blaze of colour in the Spring and Summer months.
There are 47 Garden Villas apartments in the group and these share a small pool with
a separate children’s pool. Either ground, first floor or duplex and generally facing
South West.
Upon entering the apartment you are immediately in the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen
area. In the lounge area there is a comfortable sofa, dining room table and four
chairs, standard lamp and table lamp. The views from the living area are excellent,
out across the bay.
The kitchen is a galley kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing
machine, tumble dryer, sink and gas cooker.
The double bedroom, with bedside tables
and lamps, a dressing table with side drawers. Views from the bedroom window are
out over the Garden Villas community.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC,
wash basin and bidet.
The apartment also has a terrace at ground level with a built
in BBQ for al-fresco dining.
There are two communal pools within the Garden Villas
community. Car parking is available directly outside the apartment. Approximate walking
distances; beach 8 mins, swimming pool 5 mins, supermarket bar and restaurant 5 mins.
