A first floor, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment set in the Maremar Complex in Playas
de Fornells, Menorca.
The Maremar Complex is a group of 40 apartments, with the added
attraction of two good-sized communal swimming pools.
The apartments face North West
and some have excellent views out to sea. They are pleasantly cool in the hot summer
months. The apartments are fronted by lawned gardens, which surround the swimming
pools. Access is easy with the terrain being relatively flat here and with car parking
in the vicinity.
The apartments, which are two bedrooms, are ground or first floor.
They are furnished in typical Menorcan style and offer a reasonable level of comfort.
Maremar D10 is a first floor apartment accessed by two flights of steps. On entering
through the front door on the left hand side is the kitchen with electric plate hob,
double sink, oven and fridge/freezer.
Straight ahead is the dining/lounge area with dining table and chairs, corner sofa unit, Menorquin fireplace, TV and doors lead out to the balcony overlooking the pool and sea. There is a ceiling fan in the lounge/dining area.
There are two bedrooms; 1 twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, 1 double bedroom with built in wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps.
The bathroom has WC, bidet, wash basin and bath with shower over. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The nearest bar is about a 3 minute walk away, restaurant and supermarket 15 minutes
and beach 20 minutes.
The Maremar apartments are suitable for couples and families
with children of all ages.
