Full Description
Tamarindos 018 is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, ground floor apartment with uninterrupted,
stunning sea views. Located in the Tamarindos complex in Playas de Fornells, Menorca.
A group of 80 apartments - ground, first and second floor, designed around a 25 metre
communal swimming pool. Situated only 30 metres from the water's edge, most of the
apartments enjoy stunning sea views. It's possible to sit on your private terrace
and listen to the waves gently lapping against the rocks.
On entering the apartment from the grassed area, you are immediately in the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is straight ahead and although compact has a new ceramic hob, small fridge and a microwave.
To the left of the kitchen, is the lounge area with sofa, chair, coffee table and a TV/DVD player. There is also a dining table and chairs. Through an archway on the right, is the family bathroom with bath and shower attachment over the bath, WC, wash basin and there is also a washing machine.
To the right of the bathroom is the Master double bedroom with sea views, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobes and two bedside chests with lamps. To the left of the bathroom is the second bedroom which has twin beds, a free standing wardrobe and bedside table with lamp.
The main living area and both bedrooms benefit from ceiling fans.
Externally there is a patio table and chairs for al-fresco dining and two sunbeds for sunbathing. As the large communal pool is set behind Tamarindos 018, the apartment is in quite a peaceful location with stunning views. It is also possible to swim from the rocks in front of the apartment.
The large communal pool is a few minutes walk. Walking distances: Beach and Supermarket 15 – 20 minutes. Bar and Snack bar 5 minutes.
